The new Chang Export beer

I don't know exactly how long it's been out but can't be that long as I've only recently just started seeing it in shops. It's 5% as opposed to the 6.4% of 'Classic', 5% of the 'Draught' and 4% of the 'Light' versions.

I like it, especially for daytime drinking as the 'Classic' is a bit vicious in the daylight hours and the 'Light' seems to have an after-taste for me that puts me off. ...

Cooking Equipment

I can't get on with those Thai gas burners. I don't trust the gear not to leak and lighting them usually results in a momentary blast of flame on the fingers unless, Thai style, I leave the gas to flow for a few seconds and throw a lighted match at it. We have an electric hob and oven at home and I'm happy with that. I don't use the oven much but it's there for ...
